Bhuvaneshawri Snacks

If you look for us in Chinchwad Gaon, we are right in Heritage Plaza, Shop Number 2. The Fair Field Road gets pretty busy with all the traffic coming through. We opened Bhuvaneshawri Snacks because we wanted a place where workers could grab something fast. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by the cooking area. We have a few stools, but most people just stand and eat. I’m usually there from early morning till we close at night. The heat from the stove can be a bit much in the summers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just the menu board and some stacks of paper plates. Sometimes the tea is a bit too sweet because I get distracted talking to a customer. We make things like vada pav and other small bites. It gets really crowded around 5 PM when the offices let out. The noise from the road is always there, so you have to talk a bit louder to be heard. My brother helps me out when he’s not busy with his own work. We don't have a big team or anything like that. Just us trying to keep up with the orders. It’s hard work. It involves a lot of washing dishes and sweeping the floor. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and know most of the shopkeepers nearby.
