Bandhan Sweet

Bandhan Sweet is situated in Khadakwasla 9th F Main, 2nd Cross. It’s a nice area, and we get a bit of a breeze sometimes because of the location. We spend most of our hours in the back where the heat is. We make a lot of different things, and the kitchen always has something bubbling on the stove. 9th F Main is a busy road, so there is always the sound of scooters going by. We have a few benches inside for people to wait while we pack their orders. The 2nd Cross turn is where we keep our delivery bikes. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just a local shop in Khadakwasla. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. Sometimes we sit and have a cup of tea with them if it isn't too busy. Our counters are made of old glass and wood, and we have to fix the hinges on the door every few months because it gets used so much. We don't have a giant staff, just a few of us who know the recipes by heart. It’s a lot of work, especially when the weather is hot, but we are used to it by now. We just keep doing what we do, one day after another, until it is time to lock the doors.
