Badhai Sweets

Badhai Sweets is situated at Gavde Colony near Lokmanya Hospital in Chinchwad Gaon. We are also near that Vikhroli Hiranandani Link Road and Parkside area. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but people usually find us easily enough once they are in the neighborhood. We have been here for a long time now, serving up different kinds of sweets and snacks to the local community. The shop is always a bit frantic, especially during festival seasons when everyone wants laddoos or barfis. We start early in the morning, getting the milk and sugar ready. The kitchen at the back is always hot and smells like ghee. It is hard work, but seeing people come back for their favorite treats makes it worthwhile. We don't have a fancy seating area or waiter service. It is mostly people standing around or taking boxes home. Sometimes we run out of the popular items by late afternoon, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. We don't use a lot of preservatives or anything like that, so things are usually fresh. The location near the hospital means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. It is a busy spot in Chinchwad, and there is always something happening outside the door. We aren't a big chain, just a local sweet shop where we try to keep the taste the same. We don't bother with fancy packaging unless someone asks for a gift box.
