We are located out on Hadapsar Sirsi Road 8. It’s a bit away from the main city center, but the road stays busy with trucks and commuters all day long. Arya Snaks Point is a modest setup. We have a counter where we fry things up and some chairs for people to sit if they aren't in a rush. Most people are just passing through and want something they can eat while they walk or drive. We start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get the first batch of snacks ready for the workers. The oil gets hot and the smell fills up the little space we have. It’s a family-run thing, so you’ll often see one of us cleaning tables while the other is handling the cash. We don't have a printed menu or anything like that. We just tell people what we made that morning. Sometimes we try a new recipe and it doesn't sell well, so we go back to the old ones. It’s honest work. The weather affects us a lot; if it rains, the shop gets a bit damp, but people still come in for something warm. We use basic ingredients that we buy from the wholesalers nearby. There’s nothing fancy about it, just a place to get some food and move on with your day. We try to keep the counter clean but it gets oily pretty fast.
