Arun Krishna Bhandge

I’m Arun Krishna Bhandge and I spend my working days at A-5 in the Rakshalekha Society, which is right across from Sinhgad Road in Ganeshmala. Being so close to such a major road means there is always something going on. The traffic can be a lot sometimes, but inside the society, it stays fairly calm. My office is a humble spot. I didn't want a place that felt like a hospital or a bank. It’s got a few chairs for when people come over and a big table where I spread out all my papers. I’ve lived in this part of town for years, so setting up shop here felt natural. I don't have a marketing team or a bunch of receptionists. If you call, you’re usually going to talk to me directly. I handle the paperwork, the meetings, and the cleanup. The Rakshalekha Society has been around for a while, and my unit A-5 is easy to find if you know the Ganeshmala area. It’s a bit of a trek for some people, but I like the location. The office gets some good light in the afternoon which makes the long hours a bit easier to deal with. I keep things pretty informal. I’m not one for suits and ties unless it’s absolutely necessary. Most of the time, I’m just focused on getting the jobs done as they come in. It’s a simple life and I like the work I do here.
