You can find us at Anand Cement Articles, located at Shop No. 218 on the second floor of the Laxmi Complex. We’re right on the Mumbai-Pune Road, not far from the State Bank of India. It’s a very busy road with a lot of heavy traffic passing by our doors every single hour. We make and sell various cement articles, including things like pipes, blocks, and other items people need for their building projects or gardens. It’s heavy, physical work, but we’ve been doing it for quite some time and we know how to handle it. The complex itself is a bit older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We don’t have a massive showroom with bright lights; instead, we have some samples and we spend our time talking to customers about the specifics of what they need. People usually come to us because they want something sturdy that is going to last for years. We aren't trying to be fancy with our language or how the shop looks. It’s just an honest, local business. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the highway right outside, but you eventually get used to the sound of the trucks. We deal with a lot of local folks and small contractors who need reliable materials. We don't really do any advertising. Most people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s just me and a few others keeping the place going.
