You can find Ambrale Snackfoods Private Limited over in Sai Colony, Lane No 10. We are in Flat 201 of the Sai Residency building. It’s a typical Pune residential lane, sometimes a bit crowded with parked scooters, but it’s our base. We deal in snack foods, which means our lives revolve around recipes and packaging. The apartment serves as our main office where we handle all the orders and the logistics. It’s a small family-run feel even if we are a private limited company. We don't believe in having a fancy storefront because most of our work is behind the scenes anyway. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors about flour and spices. The kitchen sometimes smells like cumin and chili, which the other residents in the building don't seem to mind too much. We try to keep things organized but with snacks, there’s always a crate or a box somewhere it shouldn’t be. It’s a bit of a juggle managing the space, but we’ve made it work for a while now. My brother handles the deliveries and I stay back to manage the accounts and the suppliers. We aren't looking to become some massive brand overnight.
