Ambika Snacks

Ambika Snacks is a small food spot located in Laxmi Nagar, which is part of the Yerawada area in Pune 411006. We aren't a big restaurant with a lot of tables and servers. It's more of a local place where people stop by to grab something quick to eat during their day. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, getting things ready. There’s always the smell of something cooking, and the sound of the stove running. Laxmi Nagar is a crowded neighborhood, so we have people coming in all day long. Some are on their way to work, and others are just living nearby and don't want to cook at home. We don't have a fancy menu or anything like that. We just make the snacks that people like and keep things moving. The shop is simple, with just enough room to get the work done. Yerawada is a busy part of town, and being here means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We know how people like their food and we try to get it to them fast. It’s not a polished business with a marketing plan. It’s just Ambika Snacks, serving the local community. We start early to get the first batch of food ready and we stay open until things quiet down in the evening. It’s hard work, standing by the heat, but it’s what we do here.
