You will find Ajay Metachem over at 72/76 Mundhwa. We are on the ground floor, which is lucky because we handle some heavy materials and wouldn't want to be lugging them up any stairs. Being so close to the Bharat Forge Company means there is always the sound of heavy machinery in the air. It is a very industrial part of town, so you should not expect a quiet office. Our space is more like a warehouse with some desks tucked into the corner. There is a constant smell of metal and whatever chemicals we are working with that day. We wear overalls mostly, and our hands are rarely clean. We have these big metal drums lined up along the walls and a forklift that is always moving things around. It is a busy spot. We start early in the morning, usually before the sun is even fully up, to beat the afternoon heat. The ground floor stays a bit cooler, but it still gets stuffy in the late afternoon. We do not really do fancy presentations or anything like that. If someone needs to talk to us, they just walk into the yard and find one of us. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the mixtures are correct. It is a lot of physical work and paying attention to the small details. We have been in Mundhwa for years and the guys here are like family. We just get on with the job.
