Adityaawate Namkeen & Snacks Private Limited

So, we run Adityaawate Namkeen & Snacks Private Limited. We're based out of the Shidhivinayak Complex in Rajgurunagar, Khed. We actually have a few units there, numbers 35, 38, 40, and 42. It’s easier to have everything in one complex even if we are spread across a couple of different rooms. We make namkeen and various snacks. The smell of frying spices is pretty much always in the air around our part of the building. It’s a busy spot, especially during the festive seasons when everyone wants extra packets of snacks. Our staff is mostly local people from Rajgurunagar who know how these things should taste. We use the different units for different things—one for the actual cooking, another for packing, and one for storage. It’s a bit of a walk between them but it works for us. The Shidhivinayak Complex is easy to find if you're in the Khed area. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Instead, you'll find bags of flour and containers of oil being moved around. It gets hot in the kitchen area, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s just a normal snack business, nothing fancy about it. We just try to get the bags sealed and out the door on time. Our days start early and we usually finish up when the sun goes down.
