Abhay Chandrakant Pandkar

You can find me, Abhay Chandrakant Pandkar, right on the Pune Satara Road. My office is located at 76/599 in Maharshi Nagar. A good landmark is the Datta Temple; we are quite close to it. Being on such a major road means there is always a lot of movement and noise, but it makes it easy for people to find the place. I’ve been in Maharshi Nagar for many years now. The office isn't anything like those corporate buildings you see in the IT parks. It’s a simple, local room where I manage my affairs. Most of my visitors are regulars or people from the local community who have known me for years. We often have the windows open, and you can hear the sounds of the Pune Satara Road traffic and the temple bells. It’s a very typical Pune atmosphere. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works fine for what I need. I don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what my work is about. It’s about being available and getting the job done. If you are walking towards the Datta Temple, you’ll likely see my sign. It’s a small operation, just me handling the daily tasks. I like being part of this neighborhood. It’s got a lot of character and history, and I’m just happy to have my own spot here for my work.
