If you head down to Nehru Nagar in Pimpri, you will find us at Shop Number 9. We are right in the Natraj Housing Society, just a stone's throw from Hotel Sheetal. It is a lively neighborhood, always something happening on the street. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things people need for their homes. It is a bit cramped inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for under all the boxes. We have been in Pune for a while, and we have seen how much Pimpri has changed over the years. We get a lot of regulars who stop by for a chat even if they do not need to buy anything that day. I usually handle the counter while my cousin deals with the deliveries. It is not a quiet job—there is always the sound of rickshaws and people shouting outside. We do not spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just know us because we have been here. We keep our hours pretty regular, though sometimes we stay open a bit late if a neighbor needs something urgent. It is a practical business. We are not trying to be the biggest shop in the city, just a reliable place where people can get their building supplies without any fuss. It is how we make our living.
