If you walk down toward Shinde Chatri in Wanowrie, you’ll find us over at Sr No 75. It’s a pretty well-known area, mostly because of the historical spot nearby, and we’ve settled in nicely here. Our shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight when a few people come in at once. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready, checking what needs to be put out on the shelves. There’s usually a faint smell of sugar in the air that never really goes away, even after we close up for the night. The counter has a few scratches from all the boxes being moved around, and the front door squeaks a little if you pull it too hard. We handle everything ourselves, from taking orders to making sure the displays don't look too messy. Wanowrie is a nice part of Pune, and we get a lot of locals who just stop by while they’re out doing their regular shopping. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the exact spot since Shinde Chatri is such a big landmark, but they usually figure it out. It’s just a small business trying to keep things moving. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things get done. It’s a lot of work, especially on the weekends when the street gets busy, but we’re used to the pace by now. We just focus on the items we have and the people who come in.
