If you go to 40 Main Road in Mela Oduthurai, you’ll find us. Chozha Industrial Caterers is where we cook large meals for factories and big offices. Our kitchen is huge because we have to use giant pots and pans to feed hundreds of people at once. It’s always hot and smells like spices and steamed rice. We start very early in the morning, long before the sun is up, so the food can be delivered on time. The Main Road location makes it easy for our delivery vans to get out and around. It’s a very busy place with people chopping vegetables or cleaning up. We don't have a dining room here since we send all the food out. It’s strictly a production kitchen. Sometimes things get stressful when a supplier is late or a stove stops working, but we always manage to get the meals out. We don’t do fancy plating; it’s just good, solid food that fills people up during their work breaks. The staff here has been together for years, so we have a rhythm in the kitchen. Mela Oduthurai is a quiet area otherwise, but our building is always humming with activity. We don't use fancy labels or marketing. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning. It’s a lot of hard work on your feet all day. We’ve been at this spot for quite a long time now.
