Malabar Cuisine

You can find us at No:35 on Aurobindo Street, right here in Pondicherry. It is pretty easy to find since we are sitting right beside Calve College. People usually walk past the college and spot us there. We have been running Malabar Cuisine for a while now. It is just a regular place where we cook the food we know. There isn't anything fancy about the setup, just some tables and chairs for people who want to eat. We spend most of our day in the kitchen or handling things around the shop. The street gets busy during certain times, especially with the students nearby. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets their plate on time. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside, but that is just how it is on Aurobindo Street. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people who come in are just passing by or they live in the neighborhood. We focus on the daily routine of getting ingredients and preparing the stove. It is a lot of work, but we are used to it. We keep things straightforward because that's what works for us.
