We have been operating from here for quite a while. Our focus is mainly on the food and cooking side of things for local gatherings. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. It is usually hot and busy, but that is how we like it. We do not have a fancy front office with plush chairs. It is more of a working space. Being on M G Road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Pondicherry is a small place, so word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We do not bother with much marketing. We just cook and hope people like what we make. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are multiple orders, but we manage to get through it. We are not some big catering chain. We are just local folks who know our way around a kitchen. The address is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We have kept things simple since we started. Just a local business trying to do a decent job for the people around here. That is really all there is to us. We just keep the stoves going and the plates moving.
