Katora Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Katora Multi Cuisine Restaurant is located over at No 513 on M G Road. If you are in the Muthialpet area of Pondicherry, you might have seen us. We are right opposite the Shenbaga Hotel, which is a big landmark around here, so most people don't have trouble finding the spot. Being in Pondicherry 605003 means we get a lot of different people coming through. Some are just locals living in Muthialpet and others are visitors staying nearby. We decided to do a mix of different foods because that is what people seem to ask for. It is not like we have one special thing we do, we just try to have a bit of everything on the menu so everyone finds something they can eat. The kitchen stays pretty warm throughout the shift, and M G Road is usually bustling with cars and scooters. We spend most of our time just checking the inventory and making sure the tables are wiped down properly. It is a lot of work running a place like this and there is always something that needs fixing or a customer who has a specific request. We are just a regular team of staff members trying to keep things moving. We aren't part of some big chain, just a local spot on the street. Sometimes the fans don't work as well as we want, but we make do with what we have and keep serving people as they walk in from the sun.
