Well Food

Started this place on Kankarbag Road a while back. It’s right near the SBI branch here in Kankarbagh, Patna. If you know the area, it's pretty busy all day. We just focus on getting the food out to people who are working or living nearby. The kitchen stays quite active from the morning until we close up at night. It's not a fancy setup with big decorations or anything like that. We mostly just make sure the ingredients are fresh when we buy them from the local market nearby. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the rush hours on Kankarbag Road, but we’re used to it by now. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they see the sign or they live around the M 463 block. It gets cramped when it's busy, but that's just how it is in this part of Patna. We try to keep things clean and simple. You won't find any complicated menus here, just the stuff people usually like to eat for lunch or dinner. It's a straightforward operation. We handle the cooking, cleaning, and serving ourselves. If you're passing by the Kankarbagh area near the bank, you've probably seen our spot. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It’s a decent place for a quick meal without any fuss.
