Foodlinks Group

We run Foodlinks Group out of BSEB Colony in Patna, at Q. No. E/10. It’s an old building, but it works for what we need. Nitesh Kumar is usually the one keeping an eye on things here. We are mostly involved with food and catering logistics. It is a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when there are big orders to prepare. Our kitchen area is always busy with the smell of spices and the sound of pots clanking. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find someone in an apron or a delivery guy coming in and out. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory and making sure the vegetables are fresh. Patna is a big place for events, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. Sometimes we run out of supplies and have to rush to the market, or a delivery truck gets stuck in traffic. It’s just the nature of the food business. We don't have any big mission statements. We just want to make sure the food is cooked right and gets where it needs to go on time. It is hard on the feet, and the kitchen gets hot, but we’ve been doing this for a while now. Being in the old BSEB Colony means we know the area and the people around here quite well. We just keep our heads down and get the cooking done.
