Champardh Meat House

Our place is on Amar Nath Path, right off the main Dak Bunglow Road in Patna. The zip code is 800001, so we are right in the heart of things. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Awar Abhiyanta Sangh building. Dak Bunglow Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people, but that is just how Patna is. We run a meat house here, keeping things very traditional and simple. The shop is small and the kitchen takes up most of the space. We don't have any fancy seating or big menus with pictures. We just do meat dishes. Every morning we start early to get everything prepped before the lunch crowd shows up from the nearby offices and the Sangh building. It is a lot of work handling the big pots and making sure the spice mix is right, but we have been doing it this way for a long time. The street outside is usually loud, and sometimes finding parking is a real problem for people, but they still manage to find their way to our door on Amar Nath Path. We are just regular people making food for other regular people. There is no corporate office or big management team behind us. It is just a kitchen on a busy road where we try to do an honest day's work.
