Biryanies Food Venture

We set up Biryanies Food Venture right above the Daily Needs store in Kankarbagh. If you know where the Tempo Stand is, then you've probably seen our sign out front. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve tried to make it comfortable enough for a quick lunch or a dinner with family. This part of Patna is always moving, so we get a lot of commuters and locals stopping by. Simple food is what we do here. It's just a small kitchen where we prep everything daily. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if the crowd is big, but that’s just how it goes when you’re not a huge chain. Being in this building feels central, and the Daily Needs shop downstairs is always busy too. We aren't trying to be the most stylish place in town. Making sure the food tastes like it should is our main goal. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened. We handle everything from the cleaning to the cooking ourselves. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but we manage somehow. If you’re looking for a place that isn't too formal, we are here at DC 10. The neighborhood is lively, and we like being part of the daily routine for the people living around here in Patna.
