Chef Uncle

We are located on Boring Patliputra Road, right across from the PNB A N College in Patna. It’s a busy corner of the 800001 area. Most people around here just call us Chef Uncle. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy or modern. We just focus on getting the food out to people who are hungry. We get a lot of students from the college and people working in the offices nearby who just want a quick bite. The kitchen is always a bit noisy with the sound of pans clanging and the stove roaring. We don't really have a big marketing plan or a social media team. We just put a sign out and do our best every day. Sometimes it’s crowded and people have to wait a bit for a seat, but we try to move as fast as we can. We spend our time making sure the ingredients are fresh and the place is clean enough for folks to sit down and enjoy themselves. It’s a simple life, honestly. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a good kitchen in Boring Road. We’ve seen a lot of kids grow up and come back as adults with their own kids. That’s probably the best part of being here for so long. We just keep the stove hot and the door open for whoever is hungry.
