Mirchi Cafe

Our cafe is located on Ashok Raj Path in Patna. It’s a very busy road, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We decided to open a cafe here because we like the energy of this part of the city. It’s not a big place with expensive furniture. We just have what we need to serve coffee and snacks. Most of our customers are students or people working in the shops nearby. We don’t have a corporate office or a big team of managers. It’s just us behind the counter. We make the food, we clean the tables, and we talk to the people who come in. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets too loud, but that’s just life in Patna. We don’t use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and hope it’s enough to keep people coming back. Ashok Raj Path is a long road, but if you look for us near the 800004 area, you’ll find the cafe. We keep it simple. It’s a place to sit down for a bit and get away from the traffic outside. We aren't trying to change the world, we're just trying to run a decent cafe. Every day is different, but the work is basically the same. We just keep going and making the best of what we have.
