This isn't one of those high-end spots in a mall; we are right in the heart of a busy Patna neighborhood. The kitchen stays pretty warm, especially when we are in the middle of a lunch or dinner rush. We do a lot of prep work every morning, chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready. It can be a bit chaotic at times, with people shouting orders and the sound of pans clanging around. We aren't fancy, and the decor is pretty simple because we care more about how the food tastes than having expensive curtains. The staff here are mostly locals who know the area well.
