We are located right at Kurji More, which is one of those spots in Patna that never seems to stay quiet. If you are standing at the More, you are pretty much at our doorstep. V K Bihari is just a local operation based here in the Kurji area. The traffic outside is constant, with autos and bikes going in every direction toward the hospital or down the main road. Our space is simple and honestly a bit cramped sometimes because of where we are. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come up. Being at 800010 means we get a lot of people just walking in to ask questions because they saw the name while passing by. The building is an older one, and we've done our best to make the interior work for what we need. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is free just talks to whoever walks in. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We’ve been in Kurji for a while now and we know the tea stall guys and the other shop owners nearby. It’s just a regular life running a business in a busy intersection of Patna. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up and do what needs doing every day, handling the small problems as they come up and keeping things running.
