TIKKA EXPRESS

TIKKA EXPRESS is situated on Belly Road in the Sheikhpura area of Patna. We are quite easy to find as we are right near the Kajariya Tiles shop. Belly Road is a major thoroughfare, so there are always cars and buses zooming past. Our shop is a straightforward setup with some basic furniture and a large grill that stays busy from afternoon until late at night. The smell of the charcoal and the roasting meat usually drifts out onto the sidewalk. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The walls are plain, and the lighting is just some simple tubes. We have a small team of workers who manage everything from taking orders to cleaning the tables. Patna can be quite dusty, and being right on the main road means we are always wiping down the surfaces. We don't have a corporate handbook or any fancy marketing slogans. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. Sometimes the fans aren't enough to beat the heat, but people still come in and sit down. We use local spices that we grind ourselves to get the flavor just right. It is a humble place, and we are proud of the work we do. If you are ever passing through Sheikhpura, you will see us there by the side of the road. We stay open until the last customer is served, which is usually quite late in the evening.
