Anchal Restaurants

Right inside the Nand Hotel on Bhattacharya Road in Patna, you will find our restaurant. We are quite close to the DDA building, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find their way around here. The road outside is usually packed with rickshaws and cars, so it’s always a bit of a relief to step inside. The area we have for guests is pretty straightforward. We have the usual tables and chairs, and we don't spend much time on fancy tablecloths or anything like that. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or out on the floor making sure people are getting what they asked for. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes when we’re busy, especially during the middle of the day. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they need to do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the way we run the place stays pretty much the same. We start early, cleaning up the mess from the night before and getting the stove going. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just a local team trying to keep things ticking along. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to shuffle around in the dark for a minute, but that’s just life in Patna. We just want to get the work done and make sure the kitchen stays busy until we close up for the night.
