Arsalan Biryani

We are situated on the ground floor on Phulwari Sharif Road in the Anisabad area of Patna. You can find us pretty easily because we are right near the ICICI Bank building. Arsalan Biryani has been here serving the local 800002 community for some time now. The heavy smell of the spices usually fills the air all around our shop, which I think helps people find us even when the street is crowded. Patna is a very busy place, and Anisabad is no exception to that rule. There are always rickshaws, honking cars, and bikes buzzing past our front door. Inside the shop, it is often a bit noisy with the kitchen sounds and people talking over their meals. We do not have a lot of fancy seating or decorations, just some basic tables and chairs for people who want to eat their food quickly and get back to work. Most of our daily work is about getting the huge pots of rice and meat just right, which takes many hours of preparation in the early morning. It is hot and sweaty work, standing over those large flames, especially during the peak of the Patna summers. We have a few local guys working the kitchen who have been with us since the day we started. We are not looking to be the biggest or fanciest place in town, just a reliable one where you can get a decent meal. Sometimes we run out of biryani much earlier than we expected.
