Appetizers

Our shop is on the ground floor of Luv Kush Tower, right on Exhibition Road in Patna. We are pretty close to the Canara Bank branch there. If you’ve been to Exhibition Road, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in the city. There’s always noise, traffic, and people rushing somewhere. We called the place Appetizers because that’s how we started out, focusing on small bites and quick snacks. It’s a small space, units C 4 and C 6, so we have to be organized. We don't have room for a lot of clutter. Most of our customers are people working in the nearby offices who just want something to eat during their break. We try to keep the food ready so they aren't late getting back to their desks. The kitchen is compact, but we make it work. It’s just a few of us here every day, from early morning until we close up at night. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, serve, and clean up. Sometimes the crowds get a bit much, especially in the evenings, but we do our best to keep everyone happy. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go on this road, but we’re still here, doing our thing day after day. It's a lot of work but it's what we do. We just focus on the orders.
