7 Colours Restaurant is located in the Anandpuri area of Patna, specifically on Boring Road. We are quite close to the Panchmukhi Mandir, which makes it easy for people to find us. Patna is a place where people really appreciate good food, and we try to offer a variety of things on our menu. Being on Boring Road means there’s always something happening outside, with students and office workers constantly moving around. Our place isn't very large, but we’ve arranged the seating so it feels comfortable enough for families or groups of friends. I started this place because I wanted a spot where people could get a decent meal without it being a whole big production. We have a few cooks who have been with us since the beginning, and they know how to handle the busy weekend rushes. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day is busier than we expected, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We keep the floor clean and the water bottles filled. It’s a simple setup. You won't find any complicated stuff here, just a list of dishes that we know how to make well. Whether you’re coming from the temple or just living nearby in Anandpuri, you can drop in and see what we have today. We are usually open late into the evening because this part of town stays awake for a long time and people are always hungry.
