Bansi Vihar Restaurant

Frazer Road is one of those places in Patna that is always jammed with cars and people. Our restaurant is right near the petrol pump which makes it easy to find if you know the area. We have been here for quite some time and have seen the street change a lot over the years. Inside, it is just a regular dining room with tables and chairs lined up. We get a lot of office workers during the day who are in a hurry to get back to their desks. Then in the evenings, it shifts more to families who live around this part of town. The kitchen staff stays pretty busy keeping up with the orders. We serve the usual North Indian dishes that everyone likes. It is not a place for a quiet romantic dinner because it is usually loud with people talking and the sound of the street outside. We try to keep the place cool with some fans and old air units but Patna heat is tough. Our waiters know the menu by heart and they don't really use notebooks much. They just remember what you want. It is a very straightforward operation. We don't do anything special for decor; we just focus on getting the food out to the tables. It is just a familiar spot on Frazer Road where you can get a meal without any fuss or high prices. People seem to appreciate that.
