7 dayz restaurant is situated in the Mussallehpur Hat area of Patna, right in the Krishna Mehta market at Sai Chowk. We are directly opposite the pani tanki in Nanmuhia, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. This part of Patna is very traditional and always full of life, with the local market right on our doorstep. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so opening a restaurant here felt like the right thing to do. The street outside is narrow and can get quite dusty, but we try to keep the inside of the restaurant as a nice escape from the heat and the noise. We serve a bit of everything, mostly dishes that local students and workers like to eat for lunch. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We use plastic menus and simple plates because we care more about the taste of the food than the presentation. The staff is mostly local guys who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues, but we always find a way to keep the kitchen running. It’s a tough business, but seeing the same people come back day after day makes it worth the effort. If you’re walking through Nanmuhia or picking up things at the market, you can stop by and see us.
