Arun Bihar Restaurant is located right in the middle of the Boring Road area in Patna. If you know Central Web or are familiar with the Krishna Apartment nearby, then you know exactly where we are. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of people moving around all day long. Our restaurant is a place where people just come to sit for a bit and have a meal. It’s not a quiet place because the street outside is always full of horns and shouting. Inside, we have simple tables where students and office workers eat. We mostly focus on the kind of food people grew up with in Bihar. The kitchen is small but we manage to keep up with the lunch rush. It gets really crowded around one or two in the afternoon. We spend our time managing the floor and making sure the plates are coming out hot. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the basics. People come here because it’s convenient and the food is what they expect. Being on Boring Road means we see all sorts of people every day. We start cleaning up after the dinner crowd leaves, getting ready to do it all over again the next morning. It is a straightforward business and we just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who walks through the door.
