This place is tucked away in Chanakya Nagar, near Kumhrar. We are in the Bahadurpur area of Patna. The address is actually tied to the family name, Bisheshwar Prasad, who is the son of Sheo Nandan Prasad. We have been in this part of town for a good while. The restaurant business is tough because the hours are so long. We start prep in the kitchen long before the first customer walks in. There is always something to chop or a pot that needs scrubbing. The smells of spices and cooking oil fill the air pretty early. We have a few tables and chairs, nothing too fancy, just enough for people to sit and eat their meals comfortably. Sundarka & Kumars is really about the food we make every day. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy lights. We just keep the floor swept and the water jugs filled.
