Specialist Hospital & Research Center

This building is located in Ashiya Nagar, specifically over in Friend’s Colony along Mall Road. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. Inside, things are a bit more focused. We have different sections for the hospital side and then the areas where the research work happens. It’s a lot of walking back and forth through the corridors. The floors are that standard hospital tile that always looks a bit shiny under the lights. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and talking to families in the waiting areas. It isn't always quiet; there’s the constant hum of machines and people talking in the halls. The research part of the center is tucked away a bit more, where it's a little less chaotic. We’ve got a lot of staff coming in and out at all hours because the place never really sleeps. It’s a big responsibility, and some days are definitely longer than others. The break room is where you’ll find most of us trying to grab a quick bite between shifts. Mall Road can get backed up in the evenings, which we all have to deal with when we head home. It’s just a regular, working hospital trying to keep up with the needs of the colony and the surrounding neighborhoods. We keep the lights on and the staff ready for whatever comes through the front doors.
