Our shop, Sinha, is located in Sarkar Market right at the Boring Road Crossing in Patna. This is a very central part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We keep the shop open six days a week, and sometimes even on Sundays if there is a lot of work to be done. It’s a small place packed with stuff, so it might look a bit cluttered to someone walking in for the first time. But we know exactly where everything is kept on the shelves. It is a family business, and we don't really have a big staff or any corporate rules to follow. We just talk to our customers like neighbors because most of them have lived here as long as we have. Being near the Boring Road Crossing means it’s easy for people to stop by while they are out doing their errands. We don't do any big advertising or have a fancy storefront with lights. It’s just a plain sign and a door that’s usually open to the street. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the inverter, but we keep going. It is a very hands-on job, and we are usually here ourselves behind the counter. We appreciate the people who have been coming to us for years. It’s just a simple, local Patna business trying to keep things steady.
