You can find us at Balua Niwas on Boring Road in Patna. We are right opposite A.N. College, which means we see a lot of students and teachers all day long. It's a very active part of the city. We've been in this spot for a good while. The building isn't new, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. It's a simple operation where we focus on making roti and other basic items. We don't have any fancy marketing plans or big slogans. We just open the shop, get the dough ready, and start cooking. The crowd from the college keeps us on our toes, especially during the break times. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the regulars over the years. Some of them have even finished their degrees and still come back when they’re in Patna. We don't try to be something we’re not. It’s just a small local eatery on a busy street. Boring Road always has something going on, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door. We keep the place as clean as we can and just focus on the task at hand. If you’re near the college, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We’re just here doing our thing and feeding whoever stops by. It is just a regular shop for everyday people.
