Pizza Wala

We’ve been set up here in Savtri Complex on Boring Road for a while now. If you know Patna at all, you know how crazy the traffic gets around this part of town, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. Our shop is tucked away a bit, right behind Harihar Chamber. Sometimes people miss the turn because the signs aren't the best, but once you see the chamber, we are just right there in the back. It’s not a huge place, just a regular pizza shop where we spend most of our day dealing with dough and the heat from the ovens. The summers in Patna can be pretty brutal, so the kitchen gets quite warm, but we just get on with it and keep the fans running. We start early in the morning, getting things ready before the lunch rush starts. There’s always some noise coming from the street, horns honking and people shouting, which is just part of being on Boring Road I suppose. We don't really do anything fancy here, just make the pizzas and hand them over to whoever ordered. The building itself, Savtri Complex, has its own quirks like any older place in this city. We keep the counters wiped down and the floor swept, though with all the dust from the road, it feels like a constant job. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from the offices nearby. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to keep up with the orders.
