Pind Balluchi Restaurant Bar & Banquet

So we are up on the 18th floor of Biscomaun Tower. If you know Patna, you know this building. It’s right there by Gandhi Maidan. Being up this high means we see the whole city and the maidan looks different from here, especially when there’s a big event going on. We have the restaurant and then the banquet area for parties. It gets pretty busy on weekends with families coming in. Sometimes the lift takes a minute because it’s a tall building, but people don’t seem to mind much once they sit down. We just focus on getting the food right. It’s not fancy or anything, just a place to eat and maybe host a wedding or a birthday. The staff has been here a while. We know the regulars who come for lunch during the week from the nearby offices. It gets a bit noisy when the banquet hall is full, but that’s just how it is. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. You can see the traffic moving down below while you have your meal. It’s a bit of a landmark, I guess. We don’t do much advertising; people just know we are here at the top. It's a solid place to bring your parents or kids. We try to keep things clean and the food hot. That's really all there is to it.
