Patna Biryani Mahal & Foods Private Limited is based at the house of Md. Musharraf Inam Khan. We are located in Paithan Toli, in the Nasariganj area of Digha, Patna. As the name suggests, we are all about food, specifically biryani and other related items. Our setup is right in the heart of the community. It is a local place, not a big chain restaurant with hundreds of locations. We work out of this spot and focus on getting the food ready and out to people. The area of Digha is quite busy and we are part of that daily bustle. We don't have a fancy corporate office. It is more of a practical kitchen and management area. We spend most of our time dealing with ingredients and cooking. It can get quite hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months in Patna. We are just a group of people who enjoy making food and running a small business. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just cook and sell food. The neighbors know us and we see the same faces quite often. It’s a grounded way to work and we like being here in Nasariganj. It’s just a regular local food business doing its thing. The smell of the spices usually lets people know we are working even before they get to the front door of the house.
