Pakwan Caterers

Pakwan Caterers is located right on Khajanchi Road. We have been working out of this area for a long time. Khajanchi Road is known for being busy, especially with all the bookshops and students walking around, but we have our own little rhythm here. We mostly handle catering for various events around the city. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It is mostly a kitchen and a storage area for our supplies. We spend our mornings getting the ingredients ready and our afternoons cooking. Since we are on Khajanchi Road, getting our vans in and out can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We do not do much fancy talk. We just cook the food and deliver it to wherever the party is happening. People in this neighborhood know us. We have done food for weddings, small parties, and office lunches. It is the kind of work where you are on your feet all day. We use simple recipes that have been around forever. We are not trying to reinvent anything. We just want to make sure there is enough food for everyone at the table. If you walk down Khajanchi Road, you might smell what we are cooking. It is a busy life, but it is what we do. We just keep the stoves hot and the orders moving. That is how Pakwan Caterers operates.
