If you are walking down Boring Road in Patna, you’ll see the US Polo showroom. We are right above that, on the first floor of Bhagawati Saran Enclave. It’s a busy spot near PC Jewellers, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We spend our days up here getting tables ready and making sure the kitchen is stocked. People come in from the heat of the street, and it feels good to give them a place to sit for a while. Our spot isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most of our regulars are folks who work in the nearby shops or live around the enclave. We’ve got a few windows that look out over the road, and sometimes we just watch the traffic while we are wiping down the counters. Being in Patna, especially on Boring Road, means things never really stay quiet for long. We don't have a fancy marketing plan or anything. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and start cooking whatever is on the menu for the day. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long shift, but we like being here. It’s a practical setup for a restaurant. We are just local people serving food to whoever stops by while they are out shopping or running errands.
