Ndc Family Restaurant

So, this is Ndc Family Restaurant. We are based in the Gorakh Nath Complex on East Boring Canal Road. Patna is a busy city, and this part of Boring Road is especially packed most days. We are near Bikaner Sweets, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. My family has been running this place for a bit now. It is a simple setup with a few tables and chairs that we bought second-hand. We do not have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a calendar and a clock that is always five minutes fast. The kitchen is where the real work happens. We go through a lot of flour and oil every single day. Lunchtime is usually the craziest part of the day because of all the office workers coming in at once. We try to get the food out as fast as we can, but sometimes there is a bit of a wait. People seem to understand. We are not trying to be some high-end place. It is just a spot where families can come and have a meal together without spending too much money. The floor is a bit uneven in the back, and the front door squeaks every time someone walks in. I have tried oiling it, but it does not seem to help much. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, and we are glad to be part of the community here.
