Namaste Mithila Foods Private Limited

Our place, Namaste Mithila Foods, is located in the village of Muktapur. Specifically, we're in Muktapur Tola, which is part of the Kalyanpur area. Surendra Kumar helps manage things here on the ground. It’s a very local operation, rooted right in the middle of the community. We focus on food products that people around here use every day. Living and working in the village means everyone knows everyone, so you have to be honest about what you're doing. The pace here is different than the big cities, and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our time is spent handling the raw ingredients and making sure the processing is done correctly. It's a lot of manual labor and sometimes the equipment acts up, but we fix it and keep going. The weather affects us quite a bit since we're so connected to the land here. We just try to put out something decent that we're not ashamed of. It isn't a fancy setup with bright lights, just a practical workspace where we get the job done. We've been here in Muktapur for a while and we plan on staying. It’s just us doing our best with what we have. Sometimes the roads get muddy and things move a bit slower, but that’s just life in the village. We focus on the work and let the results speak for themselves.
