Masala Hut

Masala Hut is located in Gaurav Archade on Khagaul Road in Anisabad, Patna. We are near the police colony more, which is a landmark most locals know. We’ve been serving food here for a while now. The place isn't big, but it’s got a lot of character. We use big pots and old recipes that we’ve picked up over the years. Patna is a place where people know their food, so we try to keep things consistent. The street outside is always noisy with traffic, but once you step inside, it’s all about the food. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The tables are sturdy and the plates are heavy. We have a small team, mostly family and a few helpers who have been with us for a long time. Every morning starts with the same routine of cleaning and getting the spices ready. We get a lot of regulars from the police colony. They like things a certain way, and we do our best to accommodate. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat, but we enjoy it. We don’t have a mission statement or anything, we just want to cook and stay open. Some nights we are completely exhausted, but it’s worth it when we see people enjoying their dinner. We just take it one day at a time here in Anisabad. If the lights are on, we are open for business and ready to serve.
