Jublee Restaurants

If you find yourself in Kankarbagh near the Bata showroom, you’ve probably walked past us. Jublee Restaurants is tucked into P C Colony at B-73. It’s a busy part of Patna, and we see a lot of people coming through after they finish their shopping or work. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in town. We just open the doors, get the stoves going, and serve food that fills you up. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. It can get a bit loud during the lunch rush when everyone is talking at once. We have a few regular tables where the same guys sit every single afternoon. The kitchen staff has been with us for a long time, so they know exactly how things should taste. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy menus. Most of our customers come because they live or work nearby and they know what to expect. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day is busier than we thought it would be. That’s just life in a kitchen. We try to keep the floors swept and the water cold. It’s a simple setup for people who just want a decent meal in a familiar place. Nothing more, nothing less. We’re just part of the daily routine for a lot of Patna locals.
