Our food business is located in Munna Chack, which is in the Kankarbagh neighborhood. Sri Jairam Singh is the one who started the company. We focus on restaurant services and providing food to people in the area. Kankarbagh is a really crowded place, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our doors. We aren't a big, polished food chain with a perfect look. Our kitchen is small and it can get very chaotic during the lunch and dinner rushes. We have a few cooks who have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a big fancy menu with professional photos. We just cook things that we like and hope that the customers like them too. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish because we only buy what is fresh that day. It is a lot of work to keep a restaurant going, especially with all the competition around. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and washing the dishes when the customers leave. We don't have a marketing team to post on the internet for us. We just try to be friendly and serve decent portions so people feel they got their money's worth. It’s not always easy, and some days are very slow, but we keep the doors open and the stove hot. We are just a local team trying to make a name for ourselves in a busy city.
