Janta Bhojnalaya

This bhojnalaya is inside Manprabha Apartment on Kavi Raman Path in Patna. We are in the Nageshwar Colony area, right near the old Ara Machine on Boring Road. It is a very central location, so there are always people walking by. The space is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to step in from the street. We get a lot of students who live in the nearby hostels and office workers from the local businesses. The room is filled with simple tables and plastic chairs. It is a bit tight when it gets crowded, and people often have to share tables. We don't mind that, and neither do the customers. It feels like a neighborhood kitchen. The smell of the food being cooked fills the apartment hallway sometimes. We keep things very basic. There is a water cooler in the corner and a place to wash your hands. We don't have waiters in uniforms or anything like that. Just a few people who bring the food out as soon as it's ready. The lighting is bright and simple. We don't stay open very late, just through the main meal times. It is a functional place for people who want a meal that feels like it was made at home. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us by name.
