You can find us at Mig 231, near Malai Pakari Chock in the Kankarbagh area. We’ve been operating as Jai Mata Di Caterer from this spot for quite some time now. Kankarbagh is a big residential hub, so there is always someone having a ceremony or a party nearby. We handle the cooking and serving for all kinds of local events. Our kitchen is where most of the action happens, and it’s usually busy with the smell of spices and large pots of rice. We don't have a fancy office or a showroom to show off our menus. Usually, people just come to the house or call us up to discuss what they need for their function. We use simple ingredients and cook things the way we would for our own families. It’s hard work, especially when we have to transport large quantities of food across Patna in the heat. Sometimes we're short-staffed, so the family has to jump in and help with the packing and serving. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or have a glossy brochure to hand out. Our business has grown mostly because neighbors tell other neighbors about us. It’s a humble setup, but we focus on getting the food delivered on time. We’ve seen many kids in the neighborhood grow up and then hire us for their own weddings. It’s just how things work here, and we're used to the busy nature of the job.
