Jai Bihar

We are located in Kadamkuan, right on Nawal Kishore Path. If you find Karuna Apartment, we are just directly across the road from there. Patna is a crowded city, and Kadamkuan is no different, with people always rushing around. Jai Bihar is a small place, and we’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible. We don't use any fancy machinery or complicated recipes. It’s just the kind of cooking we grew up with. The staff here is just a few local guys who have been with us for a long time. We start our day by cleaning the whole place and then getting the stove lit. The smells from the kitchen usually start drifting out onto the street by mid-morning. It’s a very practical setup. We have some chairs for people to sit, but many people just come in to pick something up and head back to their homes or offices. The lighting isn't the best, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are more concerned with what’s happening in the kitchen. We get a lot of students and office workers because of our location near the main path. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't have a website or any of that, we just stay here and work. We have been a part of this street for many years now.
